General Explanations & Policies

• There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends between May 1 and October 31.

• All rooms, except the Biggs Room, are on the second floor and each has its own bathroom. 

• Price is indexed to room and bed size.

• Prices listed do not include 8% state sales and 3% county occupancy taxes. 

• Room rates are subject to change without notice. 

• There is NO SMOKING anywhere in the house.

• For a five-day stay between Sunday and Thursday nights: 10% off each night

• For a five-day (or longer) stay: 10% off each Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,  Wednesday or Thursday night. Except holiday weekends.

Cancellation policy

• One night's stay is charged to credit card, if reservation is cancelled within two weeks of scheduled stay.
• If reservations is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled stay, cost of entire stay will be charged to credit card.
  

Commencement cancellation policy

• Full amount is to be paid in advance during the January before commencement.

• A full refund can be obtained if cancellation is one year before the date of stay.  Half the amount will be returned six months before.  No refund is forthcoming if cancellation is within 6 months of the date of stay.

Wedding party policy

• One night's stay will be charged for rooms held by bride/groom.  Deposit will be returned when room is booked.  Rooms will be held until one month before date of reservation.
